The NW Natural Parade of Homes Groundbreaking Ceremony happened on March 25th and all the builders, our title sponsor – NW Natural – along with county officials, and BIA executives all visited the new site and did the perfunctory golden shovel dig-off to kick-off construction!
This year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes will be in the Ridgefield area near Salmon Creek and the Clark County Fairgrounds. This may be one of our easiest sites to visit in a long time – only three minutes off I-5 at exit #9.
Featured builders in this year’s show currently include: Cascade West Development, Bella Villa Homes, Modern Home Design, and Tuscany Homes. The NW Natural Parade will showcase five gorgeous homes – highlighting the best in custom design, luxurious amenities, new technology, efficient natural gas appliances and imaginative use of space. Homes this year will range between 3,000 to 5,000 square feet in size, with average prices projected around $600,000 to $800.000. “We had a phenomenal show last year, one of the best since the recession. This year we are building on our success with several new builders and site that is phenomenally easy to access,” said Avaly Scarpelli, Executive Director for the BIA.
Why come to the NW Natural Parade of Homes this year? The Parade has become an annual tradition for families, couples and everyone looking to find innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating or buying a new home. But, perhaps the best reason is to meet your new builder! If you are thinking of building a new home, there is no better place to experience the fine work of SW Washington’s top home builders.
The Parade is September 4 through 20. (Closed Mon/Tues, except Labor Day.)
