The Sana, “Italian for healthy”, is a single level mid-century modern styled home on a large flat lot backing up to a city park with gorgeous mountain views which truly inspires natural living. The home has a water purification system, an interior grow center, full home air management system and enough solar to offset all of the homes power needs. However, the real highlight of the beautiful home is that all the proceeds will be donated to the St Jude Research Hospital.
