The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is excited to announce this year’s Parade of Homes is about to change. Not only do we have a new title sponsor, but we are excited to showcase our new site for the 2022 Parade, plus, new builders.

First, the big news, we are now the GRO Parade of Homes presented by Home Street Bank! GRO is one of the premier landscape design and installation companies in the Northwest and has participated in the Parade of Homes for 15 years. We are thrilled to have GRO as our title sponsor! The GRO Parade of Homes will be held at Zephyr Point this September 9 – 25 in Ridgefield Washington.

Five builders will be featured in this year’s show: Affinity Homes, Cascade West Development, Genesis Homes, Glavin Homes and Rivercrest Construction. For Genesis and Rivercrest, this will be their first time participating in the GRO Parade of Homes. The Parade will feature six luxury homes, completely decorated with outdoor living. Expect to see innovative floorplans, modern touches, enviable designs, and of course, the latest in appliances.
