The groundbreaking ceremony is complete, and the construction is beginning on the 2020 NW Natural Parade of Homes! We are slated to showcase 5 homes for a September 4 – 20 run. This year we are in the highlands of Washougal, overlooking downtown Camas and the Columbia River. This beautiful hillside community will be the perfect setting for stellar homes, fabulous outdoor living, designs to inspire, and of course, fully decorated homes.
NW Natural is returning as our title sponsor for this year’s event. It will feature luxury homes with gas heating and gas amenities – both inside and outside the homes. We also welcome back DeWils and HomeStreet Bank as our presenting sponsors for the 2020 show. Builders featured (at this time) in this year’s show include Affinity Homes, Doriot Construction, Glavin Homes, Waverly Homes, and Marnella Homes. Waverly Homes is also the developer, and the site is named Magnolia Heights.
Home prices are projected to range from under a million to $1.3 million in price and expect to see homes with square footages in the 2,500 to almost 4,000 range. “You will see fine craftsmanship, innovative and thoughtful design, and of course, fresh décor ideas by some of the Building Industry Association’s top designers and builders. We are excited to be in the Washougal area this year!” said Avaly Scarpelli, Executive Director for the BIA.
The NW Natural Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County. For the past 43 years, the BIA has presented SW Washington’s premier home show and has become an annual tradition for families, couples, and everyone looking for innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, and the latest interior design trends. Homebuyers and those looking for inspiration for their own home will have plenty of options and ideas to explore at the show this September – we will see you soon!
