What is the GRO Parade of Homes?

For over 47 years, the GRO Parade of Homes, presented by Homestreet Bank, has been an annual showcase of exquisite custom homes in Southwest Washington. It’s more than just a tour; it’s an immersive experience highlighting luxurious amenities, cutting-edge technology, imaginative use of space, and the latest trends in home building and outdoor living.

When and Where to Go?

Mark your calendars! The 2025 GRO Parade of Homes runs from September 5th to September 21st, 2025. The homes will be open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM, with the exception of Mondays and Tuesdays, when the show is closed.

This year, the parade returns to Camas for the first time since 2019, specifically at The Nines at Camas Meadows. This stunning location promises prime views, including glimpses of Mt. St. Helens from some of the homes. Parking will be located at 4700 NW Camas Meadows Drive, Camas, WA.

What to Expect: A Glimpse Inside

The 2025 showcase features six incredible luxury homes, including a multi-family development, from a mix of returning and debut builders like Pacific Lifestyle Homes, NR Construction, Urban NW Homes, and NW Fortune Development. You’ll get to see:

Tips for Your Visit:

Tickets: Purchase your tickets online in advance to save time. Adult general admission is $15. Children 12 and under are free.
Rules to Remember: For the comfort and safety of all, no strollers, high-heeled shoes, or backpacks are allowed inside the homes. Please don’t bring food or drinks, and no smoking is permitted on the premises. You may also be asked to remove your shoes before entering.
